With fears rising about the coronavirus, several of my library class students expressed interest in researching the topic. In response I created a Padlet for each 6th grade class and listed reliable websites as sources of information (CDC, WHO, NIH, NY State Dept of Health).

Students contributed their questions then began searching for answers. Their answer posts included their name, a quote from the source (to prove that they did not answer from their own background knowledge) and a link to the information source.
